The School opened in November
1999 with 15 children from my compound. Today there are about 80 childerns, ranging in age from 5 to 20 years. More to most
of them are girls. They are like an extended family for me.
A free school for the poor over worked classes.it was an idea that had been germinoting in her mind since the passing away
of her husband whose dream it had been to have a cost free educational system for the masses of his country.
Finally, after fulfilling his first dream to educate their only son to the best of her abilities, her focus was redirected
to the help in her own home..'THE MAIDS DAUGHTER' was refused admission to a sewing school because the child was unable to
read or write and therein.. lay the foundaion stone of THE GARAGE SCHOOL.
